This beautifully renovated multi-family complex just received some technology upgrades! Our partners at Latch, and Daves Lock Service, came together with SBH and installed door hardware for 280 residential units, 46 common areas, 2 intercoms and a single Amazon Key.
The Amazon key is a safe, convenient way for apartment buildings, gated communities or residents to receive deliveries. This will allow for all Glendora Avalon Bay residents to have packages delivered safely, and securely to their home.
