SBH has formalized our activation and implementation processes to ensure that all Multi-Family projects are appropriately supported from start to finish.

Smart Distribution Process

One of the most critical processes within our business is ensuring that the customer experience is delivered consistently to all customers, at all stages of the sales cycle, in all regions, and by all those who are part of the business cycle. South Bay Hardware has formalized our activation and implementation processes to ensure that all projects are appropriately supported from start to finish. We offer training, certification, and standard work materials to all dealers to make sure that every project is deployed successfully and each project is appropriately supported from start to finish.

  • Step one: Project Consultation – We require no fee. This consultation includes going over specs, hardware and scheduling.

  • Step two: Software Setup – Your Web Manager will be set up with a customized door list.

  • Step three: Device Activation and Testing – Your devices arrive activated to the specs on the door list. All hardware will have the latest firmware installed and configured.

  • Final Step: Installer/Customer training – SBH will provide training to the customer, building employees and any other staff members that require training. This will ensure that your new system will work flawlessly and accurately.
