During our 5 week stay in the beautiful Denver, Colorado, we completely upgraded this luxury apartment complex. Known as the AMLI Denargo Market this beautiful multi-family complex features a resort-style pool, expansive fitness center, rooftop deck and designer apartment finishes that are sure to please.

Now, the residents of AMLI will have the ease and comfort of a new, upgraded, access control system. This new system includes a full Latch Mobile solution, with intercoms, plus parking garage deployment!

In the (47) common areas we installed the Latch R Readers. This is a product that combines a reader, door controller, and management system into one simple device. It directly connects to any electrified locking mechanism in addition to motion detectors and request to exit devices.

Also installed were (2) Latch Intercoms, and Latch C2 locks for (320) residential units! To lock the Latch C2, simply turn the thumb turn towards the door frame. To unlock, there are several different ways including the Latch App on iOS and Android devices, Apple Watch, or other credentials like a keycard or doorcode. This gives the residents variety and also security by customizing their own door hardware.
