A single Amazon Key device was integrated, enabling secure and unattended package deliveries. This system ensures that residents can receive their Amazon packages safely—even when they aren’t home—reducing missed deliveries and package theft.

Two state-of-the-art Latch Intercoms were installed at the main building entrances. These allow for:- Visual guest verification
