In partnership with Latch and Dave’s Lock Service, South Bay Hardware deployed a comprehensive access control and delivery solution.

Residential Units & Common Areas
Installed smart door hardware on 280 individual units and 46 shared access points, providing secure, keyless entry options that integrate seamlessly with Latch’s platform.
Amazon Key for Business
A single Amazon Key device was integrated, enabling secure and unattended package deliveries. This system ensures that residents can receive their Amazon packages safely—even when they aren’t home—reducing missed deliveries and package theft.

Latch Intercom Systems
Two state-of-the-art Latch Intercoms were installed at the main building entrances. These allow for:
- Visual guest verification
- Remote unlock capabilities via smartphone
- Seamless communication between residents and visitors
